To the Moon and Back

Over four years ago my husband brought me some glass blocks from a construction site that didn't need them any more. He thought I could use them for one of my "projects". Well until now I haven't known what to do with them. But with the introduction of vinyl in my life, I am happy to present a Valentines Decoration.

It is based off of the book Guess How Much I Love You by Sam McBratney.

 It reads, "I Love You to the Moon and Back."

Breakfast Sandwich for Valentines

This idea is a compilation of three different recipes.

 It is a breakfast sandwich that consists of scrambled eggs, cooked and crumbled sausage, cheese, and crescent rolls.

First, unwrap the crescent rolls and pinch together the seams.

Then cut out two hearts from the dough.

On top of one heart add the sausage, eggs, and cheese. 

 Cover with the second heart and pinch together the edges. Seal the two hearts together by pressing a fork around the edges, like you would a pie.

 Then combine a little bit of food coloring and egg whites to create edible paint.

Paint the top of the heart red.

 Bake accordingly to the directions on the crescent packaging,

 I think it is 375 degrees for 8-11 minutes.
